You guys are probably familiar with the March Madness brackets. It comes from basketball, where teams are matched up and the winner plays the winning team from the next bracket, etc. until only two teams are left.
This whole idea of taking 16 teams or things and pitting them against each other until there's only 2 left has been applied to other things too. Last year MTV did a March Madness band thing and this year I thought, 'wouldn't it be fun to do a March Madness teen book thing?!' Except how to do you narrow down ALL teen books to 16? So this is my issue which is driving ME mad. I'm thinking I'm going to divide it up by genre (even so, finding the top 16 paranormal books is proving quite difficult).
At the end of the day, some of your favourite books aren't going to be represented. Even MY favourite books aren't going to be represented. But it'll still be fun to see who wins in the face-off of Twilight vs. Hunger Games.
(Although, c'mon. Bella vs. Katniss? I think we know who would win that fight...)
