SRC Nominations 2011

It really doesn't feel like summer out there, does it? Nevertheless, we're already thinking about how to make this year's summer reading challenge the best ever. That's where you come in.

Every summer in the Next Top Novel Challenge you vote for which of the six titles you think is best. This year we're giving you a chance to pick what those six titles will be. On the right-hand side, you can nominate which titles were your favourite. Here are some guidelines:

• Should be published after July 2010
• Should be a book that both guys and girls are going to enjoy reading
• Should be appropriate for ages 13-18
• Should not be a sequel unless we read the previous book last year (that means Scorch Trials, Behemoth, Mockingjay, The Gathering, Crescendo, and The Gift are all fair game). 

That's pretty much it! I look forward to your nominations! You don't have to give a reason, but if you wanted to let me in on why it was so amazing, that's the spot to do it. Nominations close at the end of the month. 

That being said, I reserve the right to nominate my own picks. I already have a few in mind... (no, I'm not sharing).
