Every summer we pick six teen books to compete to be Hamilton Public Library's Next Top Novel (or Top Novel for short!). Every week during the summer you choose which title gets voted off until only one remains.
You can see what happened last summer by following the top novel label. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins ended up on top, as with Catching Fire the year before. This year, there are no more Hunger Games books to compete so who will it be?
In the next few weeks I'm going to reveal the six top novel titles that you will be voting on this summer but I'm not going to make it easy. I'm going to leave three clues for each book and then part of the cover. See if you can guess it before the reveal!
We're revealing the titles a little early this year so you can start placing holds and get on reading them! The six titles will be available in Bestseller Express again this summer. With Bestseller Express, you don't have to place a hold - if it's on the shelf you can have it for two weeks. Yes, two! They've changed the length of the Express loan period. Whoo!
Those will be trickling onto the shelves as we receive them. (hint: I already spotted one title on the shelf...)
