Liz had a GREAT life. She was pretty, popular, had great friends, and a great family. When she is the victim of a hit-and-run accident, her life turns upsidedown. She wakes up on a boat going to Elsewhere. When she gets to Elsewhere, she is greeted by her grandmother who had died when Liz wasn't yet born. At first, Liz has a bit of trouble adjusting, but after a while she gets into a regular routine. Throughout the book, Liz learns that dying has its ups and downs, and that Elsewhere isn't all that bad, even if she is aging backwards... every woman's dream... unless you're a fifteen year old girl!

Elsewhere is a FANTASTIC book!
