Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margret Stohl

This book is about a boy named Ethan Wate. He lives in a town called Gatlin, a town where a secret cannot stay hidden forever. He has continuous dreams about a beautiful girl that he has never met. Then one day, a girl named Lena Duchannes moves into the town. Her family is cursed, and they each have a power. Lena is a natural, but when she turns 16, she finds out if she Turns good or evil. As she counts down days until her 16th birthday, the bond between her and Ethan become stronger and they are drawn to each other constantly. Later, they find out they can even talk telepathically. They team up together and try to solve the missing pieces.

This book is romantic, mysterious, and haunting. I would rate it 7 out of 10.
