This week's pick is Ender's Game, one of my very favourite science fiction reads.
What's the deal? Basically, children are enlisted into the army (Battle School) to help deal with an approaching alien army. Ender is one of these brilliant child soldiers, but can he save the world?
Why should I read it now? Well, besides the fact that it's amazing, it's being made into a movie with Asa Butterfield (Hugo) and Harrison Ford (all your favourite movies). Read it before it comes out in November.
