This week is Teen Read Week where we celebrate teen books & reading. We have some cool programs going on around the system so I thought I'd highlight a couple here:
Red Hill will be showing the Hunger Games on the big screen Thursday October 18 at 6:30 p.m.! Take a break from homework and be glad you're not in the arena!
Turner Park is having Wii gaming on Saturday October 20 at 2 p.m. Come out and show us what you've got! Open to ages 11 to 14.
Barton branch has their regular Guitar Club meeting on October 17th at 4 p.m. Stop by to brush up on your guitar skills.
Saltfleet is having a Wrestlemania Writing Challenge write-a-thon on Thursday October 18th at 3:30 (so theoretically you could do both!). Come hang out and write your letters to your favourite wrestler for a chance to win a trip for two to Wrestlemania in New Jersey.
Even if you aren't able to come out to Saltfleet though, you can still write letters to your favourite wrestlers and drop them off at any Hamliton Public Library branch before November 15, 2012. Click here for more details.
